Erik and I wanted to thank you for providing us with the information and tools we needed for having a well behaved dog.  He has made a total transformation!  He no longer nuisance barks and he is off the leash a lot more now, it’s wonderful!!!  People are amazed that he’s the same dog!  We truly cannot begin to express in words how much we appreciate what you’ve done for us.
